specialize in solutions for small business, non-profit organizations, and

First Place Winner in 2005 Best Web Site Contest
The 2005 Best Website Contest First Place
Award was presented to Webcentric Computer Services for the Amador
Computer User Group Web site by the Association of PC User Groups (APCUG)
at their conference during the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in
Las Vegas, Nevada.
Webcentric Works With Local User Group to Win 3 Awards
Webcentric Computer Services, is a long time sponsor of the
Amador Computer User Group and has participated in
all of the award winning community service projects ACUG has completed
to date. Webcentric wins both a Web Award and a joint Jerry Award from
the Association of PC Users Group at CES 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Webcentric Wins ACE Award From Microsoft
Microsoft awards the 2005 ACE Award to Barbara Kreiss of Webcentric
Computer Services for excellence in supporting Windows technologies.
Kennedy Mine Foundation Recognizes Webcentric
The Kennedy Mine Foundation awards a Certificate of Appreciation to the
Kreiss Family in 2003 for their contributions of many hours of research
into the history of the Kennedy mine.
Webcentric Wins Best Web site Award from APCUG at
Fall COMDEX 2002
The Association of PC Users Groups awarded Best Computer Group Web
Site, First Place Winner to Webcentric as Web Developer for the Amador
Computer Users Group site.
2002 Community Service Award Won by Webcentric
The APCUG awarded the 2002 Jerry Award Honorable Mention for the
Argonaut HS Student Programming Project which Webcentric initiated and
coordinated as Project Manager.
Microsoft Chooses Barbara Kreiss of Webcentric to
be a MS Associate Expert for Windows XP Expert Zone
AE's use their expertise to help the public learn and use Microsoft
Windows XP Home and Pro operating systems in the Expert Zone online
community, User Groups, and other venues.
ACUG Awards Webcentric 2001 Appreciation Plaque
Barbara Kreiss of Webcentric Computer Services received an award for
dedicated and valued Community Service and continued support to the
Amador Computer Users Group.
2000 Jerry Community Service Award Won by Barbara
Kreiss of Webcentric Computer Services
This project was undertaken at the
request of the Amador County Library and Al Bennett, Coordinator, Rural
Initiative of the California State Library concerning rural library
needs.
Hospice of Amador 2000 Awards for Webcentric
Webcentric maintains computer equipment for the office staff and
receives recognition for outstanding dedication and service.
Webcentric Networks ARC Computer Lab
ARC of Amador gained a networked computer lab for their clients when
Webcentric installed a Windows 2000 server and LAN for five computers.
The computers are used for education and the Internet.
2000 Awards Plaque Presented by ACUG to Webcentric
An Appreciation Award was presented to Barbara Kreiss who has served
in many volunteer positions for the user group from 1996 through 2000.
