Wildcat Mines of the Mother Lode - ore bucket Ore bucket riveted in over-lapping sections. Also known as a "Cornish Kibble".

Wildcat Mines of the Mother Lode: water bucket Water bucket (water skip, bailing tank), used to take water out of a mine. Has hole in bottom, rubber-gasket seal and clack valve. It opened when it hit the water, filled, then closed when brought up. Sitting on a flat car along with spare mine rails.
Wildcat Mines of the Mother Lode: Stope Hammer Stope hammer with long rock drill - used to drill holes at steep angles.
Wildcat Mines of the Mother Lode: Track Bender Trackbender - used by miners to create curved track (loose chain is separate item). See also rock drill bit.
Wildcat Mines of the Mother Lode: single piston engine "Hit and Miss" single piston gasoline engine built by Fairbanks Morse - 1920's.

Wildcat Mines of the Mother Lode: redwood water pipe Wire wrapped redwood water pipe used to carry water to mines. Built in 10 foot lengths, end was tapered to fit into next section - 1800's.
