New System Installations:
Consult with us! We can help you analyze your home or business
needs and custom order a new system that will fit those needs at a price
you can afford. We will even set it up for you and show you how to use it.
From printers, scanners, software, surge protection or uninterruptible
power supplies, we make sure you are ready to go!
Networks:
Need to network computers? We can set up etherfast 10/100/1000 wired or wireless networks for your
home or office. Share one Internet connection with multiple computers and
give the entire office the ability to be on the Net at the same time. Easily
exchange and share files, share folders and printers between all the
machines connected to your network.
Peripherals:
We can help you decide whether you need to add any
peripherals such as scanners, printers, zip drives, CD-RW drives, PC
cameras or UPS protection, and help you to choose the makes and models
that would best suit your situation.
Tutoring:
New to computing? We can help get you
started with your new equipment and software. We will point you in the
right direction for further study on your own.
Security:
We offer Security Assessments. We can secure your
machine and show you how to keep your machine virus free,
avoid Trojan horse programs and identify hoaxes. Safely surf the
Internet from behind a firewall, keep spyware and malware from taking
over your machine and know what the best practices are to stay safe on
the Net. We offer Department of Defense level security wipes of your
hard drives. Protect yourself from ID theft, wipe your drive before
donating your old equipment!
Webwork:
Want to advertise your business on the Web? Interested in
having your own domain but not sure how to go about it? We do
domain setups and
take you step-by-step through the process of building an online presence. We
build custom, visually attractive Websites that are in keeping with your image.
We can guide you to affordable eCommerce solutions. We do
programming. We work closely with you to

Our onsite consulting and set-up charges are very reasonable: $65
for the first hour (minimum 1 hour) and $45 for each additional hour, billed to
the nearest half hour. Onsite service is available in Amador and part of
Calaveras Counties only. Additional travel charges apply for sites that are
more than 30 miles one way from our office in Pine Grove.
Our consulting in office, by phone, by
email, USPS mail, or fax is billed at $40 per hour.
We do custom work, to your specifications. We work
closely with you to achieve your goals at a reasonable price.
