The Amador Industrial Heritage Association, LLC is affiliated with
the nonprofit 501 (c) (3) Amador Sawmill & Mining, Inc. organization.
The Amador Industrial Heritage Association [AIHA] is a group of enthusiastic volunteers
dedicated to preserving, restoring and maintenance of our Industrial Heritage.

We operate the historic steam-powered Amador Sawmill and the Pokerville Mine
at the Amador County Fairgrounds in Plymouth, California.
The A.S.M.A. has designed and operates an education program
in machine restoration at Amador High School in Sutter Creek, CA.
Our enthusiastic machinists, engineers and volunteers restore antique tools, machinery
and steam engines in our restoration shop in Jackson, CA.


The Amador Sawmill & Mining Association is the home of Practical Engineers,
Visionary Engineering and Steam Enthusiasts.
